How many people do you send these leads to?

We are not a typical lead seller or aggregator. While using our program, any pre-qualification requests will be sent directly into your pipeline in real time. While our company is privately held and our owners are still active in the business, we will never send over a recycled or shared lead.


Can you do pay per lead or pay for performance?

We do not do either. As an advertising agency we are not a licensed brokerage and we can only advertise directly on our client’s behalf. We structure our marketing programs to offer a guaranteed monthly lead amount. What this looks like depends on our individual client’s needs and desires. Our programs are customized to the challenges and goals that we are addressing.


How are we different than…?

While there are great companies and each plays their own role in the market, we are very different from traditional lead aggregators, companies like Lending Tree and the Zillow who many times offer shared and recycled leads. We are also very different from social media marketing and traditional ad agencies where the goal is views, likes and brand awareness. Our focus is on generating guaranteed leads that have put their hand up, filled out a form and requested help with financing for a home. And then helping convert as many of those leads into pre-qualification applications.


Can we talk to a few of your clients before getting started?

Like a CPA or Attorney we do not share our clients personal information. They are very busy and we respect their time greatly. We will extend the same privilege to you when you move forward and become a client.


When should we expect results?

You will start taking applications in the first 30 days. Closings will generally happen in the 90-120 window although we have seen deals close as quick as day 31.
